A vision is the cross on the treasure map, the finish line or the light at the end of the tunnel. Without a vision our progress is slow, because our actions are than scattered in different directions instead of being focused on one goal.
The creation of motivating, inspiring visions is my passion. Where do we want to go? How could the best possible version of the future look like? Why do we do what we do? What is the driver for our individual and collective actions?
Everything I do is based on the assumption that human beings and therefore also companies and other collectives, have a huge potential to do great things. My aim is to help discover and cultivate this potential.
